From the Desk of M.V. Shukla - Principal

This school works on the principles set by Father of Nation "Gandhi". After independence he gave the new thought of giving basic fundamental education to all. Inspired by this, the founder of this organisation Dr. Chandra Joshi and Dr. Mungiben Myatra alongwith Shri. Ramji Mulji Chheda who was a donor too with this co-operation this schoool started in Ratadia village. And today in Mundra taluka, Kutch, this school is one of the top schools in the area.

Students are provided work with education. As it is a residential school students live here, get proper food, leave their home and live in hostel. Along with the school there are 3 hostels running by co-operation of Gujarat Govt. Here the students live and study in Sanjivani School which is also called Ramji Mulji Vidyalaya.

In 2001, Kutch was badly affected by earthquake, in that the building of the school was totally demolished but with the co-operation of Bochasanvasi Akshar Purushotam Swaminarayan Sanstha & Bombay Commodities oraganisation the building was reconstructed back.

There are three standards 8,9,10 where boys and girls are studying here. In previous years our school participated in various science exhibitions at state and national level there, we got first prize there. We are also working on job oriented education policy issued by Gujarat Govt.

In the society normally children from good families will definately get good education, but this school is made for the children of economically weak and rural families.

When i came here i was little confused as hearing agriculture as subject. What would be there? But i came to know about information of plants and agriculture.

I am studying here from the last three years, the teachers gave me a lot of confidence. As it is a SSC Board, a very crucial year, the teachers are helping me a lot.
